A founding member of the Council on Standards for International Educational Travel (CSIET), Ayusa International, is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing the next generation of global leaders and world citizens. Through quality exchange programs for high school students from around the world, we cultivate leadership skills, develop intercultural awareness and enhance global knowledge not only through education, but through experience.
The Western Regional Manager (RM) is responsible for marketing and customer service for Ayusa’s Western Region, currently consisting of California, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii. The RM will be managing a team and driving growth in the aforementioned states. Responsibilities include strategic development of the region to meet goals for placement; recruiting, training and leading a team of LCs/CRs; day-to-day sales and marketing activities; and customer relations with schools, host families, community leaders and others.
Applicants must live in one of the following states to be eligible for this position: California, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, Montana, or Idaho.
Applicants must have recent experience in the high school exchange industry, as well as experience managing employees or coordinating with independent contractors.
