Client Services Representative

AuPairCare places international au pairs from over 40 countries who provide live-in childcare for host families across the United States.  In the Client Services Representative role, you will perform customer service and administrative activities for the Client Services department, supporting au pairs, host families, and the Client Services team. Position is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Pacific Time, with some limited on-call hours as outlined below.

Position Summary

  • The primary functions of this position are:
  • Assist AuPairCare customers via phone and email
  • Manage Customer Care and Billing inboxes
  • Assist the Client Services team with management of Salesforce cases, invoicing, and processing host family payments
  • Verify education documentation provided by au pairs
  • Assist with Au Pair Flight Phone duty approximately every six weeks
  • Reconcile au pair insurance enrollments
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Participate in team and company meetings
  • Assist with research, special projects, data reporting, and other duties as needed
